Red Light Therapy
Best results if used 3-5x a week
Superior Quality for Better Results
For those looking to heal injuries and turn back the hands of time, this treatment is for you. Our top-of-the-line panel covers your full body and offers both red light and near-infrared wavelengths of highly concentrated intensity to deeply penetrate your tissue for optimal results.
The lights are so powerful, all you need is 20 min (10 on each side) to get a full body treatment. Add this before a sauna session for even more benefits!
Fight with light
Don’t take our word for it, read what researchers are discovering
Diminish Fine Lines, Acne, Redness and Wrinkles
Research has shown its positive skin rejuvenation effects by boosting fibroblasts—which make collagen that gives skin its structure, strength and elasticity
Build Strength and Recover Quicker
One study showed that not only does it accelerate the recovery process, it also improves muscle strength
Reverse Male and Female Pattern Baldness
Participants treated every other day for four months saw a 35% increase in hair growth
Decrease Depression with Better Sleep
Participants showed improvement in sleep and an increase in natural melatonin, which aids with sleep and is notably deficient in people suffering from depression
Relieve Joint Pain and Inflammation
One study found it cut osteoarthritis-related pain by more than 50% by reducing chronic inflammation
Boost Brain Power
Researchers found that it promotes increased activity in the brain’s prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for executive functions
FAQs
-
Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular activity and promote healing and rejuvenation in the body.
-
Red and near-infrared light wavelengths penetrate the skin and are absorbed by the mitochondria in cells. This stimulates the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is essential for cellular function, repair, and regeneration.
-
Side effects of red light therapy are minimal and rare. Some individuals may experience mild skin irritation, eye strain, or headache if precautions are not taken. However, these side effects typically resolve quickly.
-
Always keep your eyes closed during use. For a positive effect on the eyes and vision, you can keep your eyes closed as the light will penetrate through the eyelids. However, some people are more sensitive to light of strong intensity and find it uncomfortable even with their eyes closed. For these purposes, we offer protective eye wear. We always recommend consulting your doctor about the need for protective glasses.
-
The near-infrared light radiates mild, pleasant heat.
-
As far as session length, our treatments are 20 min max (10 on each side of your body).
-
The frequency of red light therapy sessions depends on your specific goals. Some people use it daily, while others use it a few times a week. When starting, it’s best to use it as often as possible then cut back for maintenance.

The red (RED) spectrum is absorbed more superficially, mostly through the skin or hair. This makes it very effective in giving you a healthy and a youthful appearance.
The near-infrared spectrum (NIR) can penetrate the subcutaneous tissue to a depth of several centimeters. It reaches various organs, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments or even the brain. -
An infrared sauna contains a different spectrum of wavelengths, mainly generating a lot of heat, which is also its main effect. Infrared saunas mostly use wavelengths ranging from the mid and far-infrared spectrum (IR-B) to the far-infrared spectrum (IR-C). These spectra don't go so deep into the body. IR-B penetrates the top layer of the skin and IR-C heats the skin surface.
Red light devices, on the other hand, emit red and near-infrared wavelengths (IR-A) of highly concentrated intensity. The red spectrum is mainly absorbed by the skin and is essential for healthy and youthful skin. The near-infrared spectrum (IR-A) has a unique ability to penetrate the subcutaneous tissue to a depth of several centimeters. Both of these wavelengths are absorbed in the mitochondria. As a result, mitochondria are more efficient at producing energy in the form of ATP, which the body then uses for all its vital functions.

Red light therapy can also be used during pregnancy (after consulting with your physician, of course). When illuminating the abdomen, we recommend a bigger distance from the panel due to the produced heat.
One of the first sports teams to embrace red light therapy was the NFL's Miami Dolphins. In an interview with ESPN, former Dolphin's head trainer Kevin O'Neill spoke highly of the benefits of red light therapy, saying "We've used it for everything from joint pain, muscle soreness, injury recovery, you name it." He went on to explain that the therapy helped the players recover faster and get back on the field more quickly.
