*If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 12 hours will result in full payment or a used treatment voucher.

*Treatments are non transferable and non refundable.

*We encourage you to bring a friend during business hours! Add a friend to your sauna session for $15 or $25 for sauna and lounge. Only 1 friend is permitted during each visit.

*Members can only bring immediate family members during Members-Only hours, and only 1 per visit. Either add a friend to your sauna or you can purchase a discounted 8-pack and use a voucher.

*If you decide to cancel, you must bring back your key fobs. $60 fee for any lost key fobs.
